The room seemed well equipped, staff was friendly and the reception lounge was really nice, especially the free coffee and tea. Washers and dryers in laundry room down stairs very useful.

10/10 A+ Stay I want to live here permanently! From the moment we were greeted by friendly & helpful staff to our lovely apartment, everything has been wonderful!!! There is nothing negative to post. Close to all means of public transport. Close to all attractions. Close to amazing shopping and grocery across the street. The beds are so comfy! The space may be small but is laid out well and perfect for a solo or couple traveling. So quiet at night (we were on the 4th floor). Large bathroom with a tub and shower that is huge, hot water and powerful rainfall showerhead! Laundry & dryer room available (with supplied detergent) Wifi worked great. Tea & coffee in the lobby with lots of space for lounging or working. THANK YOU to the Cove for a truly awesome stay!! We WILL be back!!

Everytime I stay here I find something else to like. I hadn't realized they have a free laundry room as well as gym. The layout of their rooms is fantastic..the space is utilized to perfection. I love tiny kitchen that has the perfect amount of cutlery and china as well as cooking implements. They have a microwave, fridge, cooktop, dishwasher as well. The TV is set up with Chromecast and I was able to play most things through my Netflix and prime apps. The staff is responsive and courteous.

Centrally located, in the heart of the downtown area, supermarket, restaurants, Spui Metro/tram few feet from hotel. Highly recommended. Staff very helpful. Lobby is expansive and peaceful. Efficient Cappuccino machine available 24-hr.

- Perfect location in the center of the city. It's near everything: the grocery, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, every shop you can think of, and maybe 20 meters away from the tram. - The room is spacious enough and has everything you need: cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee press, etc. The amount of amenities was impressive. - Reception was super helpful, especially Lisa. I heard my travel companions asked so many things of her and she delivered with warmth and professionalism. She's great. - Lobby was nice, warm, has very comfy seats and free coffee/tea.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in The Hague! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, with plenty of shopping options nearby, including a mall, multiple passageways, and more. The apartment was a pleasant surprise—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with both a shower and a separate bath. The kitchen exceeded my expectations with all the essentials, including a full-sized dishwasher. The room was cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offers a lovely lobby where you can enjoy free coffee and tea, with a great view of De Bijenkorf. A special thank you to the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The hotel's location is perfect—just a 15-minute walk from both main stations and only 20 minutes by tram to the beach. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby, making everything very convenient. The interior design is soothing, both in the rooms and the lobby, which has a wonderful communal atmosphere with cozy couches, tables, a library, and free coffee. My room was clean, quiet, and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

The room was spacious, with a great view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 months with our dog. The room was very quiet and the bed was amazing. The "lobby" was a super nice and comfortable coworking space, with coffee and tea, that certainly came in handy. The location could not have been better for us. Two meters from the spui tram stop, many restaurants in a wide range of prices. A supermarket across the street for supplies. It's a really practical location.

The room was very good. Clean and on the side that enters the sun. The location is very good if you want to be close to the stores in downtown but not so good if you have a pet that needs some green to walk and do their things.
